How it works

   You call one number. We ask for a five-digit ZIP. Your work ZIP or your home ZIP.

   Pick Assemblymember or State Senator. Every California address has one of each.

   We read you the talking points and connect you to that Capitol office. One call, one office. To reach the other, call back.

We log the bill and which office picked up. That's how EIC shows Sacramento that real escrow members are calling. Your name and what you said on the call stay with you.
